Shipping Policy

Your case is made once you order it, so there are two stages: making it, then posting it.

Making your case

Production normally takes 2-5 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on holidays start on the next working day.

Getting it to you

We post within the United States, usually by USPS. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is collected. Delivery time after that is in the postal service's hands, not ours.

Postage costs

Postage is worked out at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises on the final screen.

If your parcel goes missing

If tracking has not moved for a week, or the parcel is marked delivered and you do not have it, email us. We will chase it and, if it is genuinely lost, send a replacement.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we will resend it once you cover the postage.
